Rules & bylaws in spanish

Were can i find the bylaws and rules in spanish?

We don't have any sample bylaws in Spanish, since bylaws differ from group to group. I do have a link to a school near me that created their own bylaws in Spanish, if that helps (it's a pdf): Barbieri Elementary PTO bylaws in Spanish.
