Our transition meeting already took place and the President met with the new President 2 other times. She has not handed over any information yet. The new board needs this information and the soon to be ex president has actually stated that she will not handing over everything. The "handing of the gavel" article is good from PTO today, it advises a well intentioned president how to leave gracefully but we need to know how to handle this situation. Thanks! -
I'm curious what you expect from your ex-president that the VP, Secretary, and Treasurer would not have. Are you just looking for the gavel itself?
