At the end of the school year, our PTSA collected membership dues but did not send in the State or National dues yet. I am creating May's treasurer report (TR). What is the proper way to treat Membership income on the TR before the new officers send the appropriate dues to our state? -
Enter the entire amount of the membership dues collected as income and the amount owed to state and national as liabilities.
