PTO President without kids in the district

Can a board member also be a PTO President, and have no children in the school district?

Check your bylaws to see what they say about membership (who can be a member) and officer positions (requirements, if any, to hold an officer position). If your bylaws don't specifically prevent it, than it's OK.
