We are trying to put together a bingo night and some of the Exec. Board members are saying the chairperson has to buy everything out of pocket then be reimbursed. This is a lot of money to come out of one persons pocket and i cannot find anything in our by-laws stating this rule. How does your PTO buy things for events? - l.kotich
