Accepting Credit Cards

Does anyone know of a way to accept credit cards even if for a one time event like silent auction other than Paypal? My PTA shares a non-profit tax id number with eleven other schools making it difficult to use Paypal.

We don't have a recommendation on credit card use for a one-time event, sorry! There are some discussions on the message boards about approaches to consider with credit cards. You could take a look at this discussion about credit cards as a starting point. Let us know if that helps at all.
