Question: Fundraiser Fraud

I purchased 3 items totaling $45.00 in an October fundraiser with promised delivery of Nov 17th. I have still not received my items as of Dec 8. I contacted the school and the items were delivered on Nov 17th as expected. I have contacted the school board and they did contact the school to no avail..the parent advised falsely they attempted to deliver and the items were still in her freezer, but she will make no more attempts to deliver. I asked to pick up the items at school but she will not bring them? Help??

Hmmm....You would think the parent would want to get the items out of her freezer. Is she the chairman of the fundraising committee? If not it might help to ask either the chairman of the committee or (if so) the president of the PTO to mediate. It seems like a simple thing to set up a time when you and she can both agree to be at the school and hand over the fundraising items. She might even be able to leave the items in the school freezer for an hour or two if you won't overlap. If this doesn't work, I'd suggest asking the PTO to refund your money at this point.
