Sparta Old Orchard Prairie Project

Thursday, February 9, about 6:00 I filled out a grant form. But, I am not sure if I pushed "submit" correctly, and I did not get an email to confirm that I did. I am a bit nervous, because the deadline is so soon. How can I check this out? Thank you!

Hi Sue -- I think you should have seen an immediate thank-you page when you clicked submit, followed by an email. So, you can check on this by calling 800-644-3561 x208 or x210. Also, the deadline is Feb. 17, so you have a little bit of breathing room!
