I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to. Our File Exchange has downloadable files in a variety of format, primarily pdfs that you can download with Adobe Reader and Microsoft Word documents. The description page for each download lists the type of file. If I missing your point and you're talking about something else entirely, please feel free to let me know!
