Congratulations! If you've been approached, chances are folks see you as a good fit for the job. Now you have to believe that, too!!  We have many articles on the site with tips and suggestions of how to tackle this new position. We'll include a list here in this message. But, what we'd also suggest is that you reach out to folks on our Message Boards  as well as on our Facebook page . This is where you will find your people! They are making the same kinds of decisions, wrestling with the same types of problems and will be able to relate to both the pain and joy you feel in this job!
