Yes. As you are setting up your page, you can set the parameters for comments/not allowing comments on the page. But, you might also consider allowing comments, knowing that as the page administrator, you can immediately remove any comment you deem inappropriate. I'd only suggest that because the purpose of Facebook, really, is to engage with your audience.
