Festival Planing Guide

I am looking for a planning guide doc/spreadsheet for a fall festival/spring fling. I am a new PTO president and previous president's schedule has been much more flexible to handle things. I would like to have a guide/timeline to get things done and a checklist for those in charge of events. Any information would be great!

Do you mean a carnival type event or more of a social/silent auction? We don't have a full-fledged guide to carnivals, but we do have a story that walks you through the planning process. You can also find more carnival resources on our carnivals and fairs resource page.
