IF an issue was voted on in a closed session meeting, then later the same issue was brought up in an open meeting and a change was necessary, can the members vote on it or does it have to be only the board who voted on it in the first place? - berlyphil
Yes, members can vote. Unless your bylaws state otherwise, the membership can override decisions of the board.
