Hi John, I've forwarded your question to leader support and will get back to you.

Hi again John,
Our leader support folks had this to say: You would need to go through the software coordinator in your parent group. They would need to make you Volunteer Administrator. Once you have the correct permissions you will then be able to go in and do a search on the person and click delete. You can also inactivate them instead of deleting them. To inactivate do a search>click on edit>move to the bottom and click on the calendar next to date to make volunteer inactive>Save.
If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to give leader support a call (800-644-3561) or email Cheryl at cbalabanis@ptotoday.com.

So my next question would then be; is the Astor PTSO my "parent group", or would it need to be a staff member at the school itself?
