Organization Documents amended same as bylaws?

Should an amendment be made in an organization document the same as in Bylaws?

Yes, you can amend your articles of organization. Generally a two-thirds vote is required. Keep in mind that if you are incorporated or have otherwise filed your articles with the state, you'll need to file a form with the amended articles.
