PTO membership missing the dues?

I am managing our membership database this year and am missing a few memberships without the dues, how would you word a letter to inform the parents?

You could try sending out a nicely worded reminder that membership dues are due this month. Chances are, the ones who haven't paid forgot and will respond to an gentle reminder.
