After further discussion with our accountants, we found that the starting balance on the budget for 2013-2014 is off by about $400. The budget was approved on August 27. Do we need to present that information as an amendment to be voted on by the membership or simply as information at our next PTO meeting? -
Unless that's going to drastically alter your spending plans for the year, I would just present it as information for the next meeting.
