PTA to PTO Timeline

We are again considering changing from a PTA to a PTO. I remember seeing a timeline of when things needed to done, but can't find it now. Does anyone know where I can locate it? Thanks, Beth

Thanks. I did see this article, but what I was looking for was a timeline of when things to be done was. I know I have seen it here before, but it probably was a couple of years ago.
