Thanks to this site, we've been so lucky to receive some wonderful donations for our upcoming silent auction! My question now is... Some of the business DID NOT want a paper letter sent for request (ie they required an email or online application), so how should we thank them? Actual postal thank you? Email? - ocdnewbie
I'd go with email whenever possible--saves you money.
