EIN number application

It appears you can only fill this form out online now. It asks for the contact persons Social Security #. What happens if I put my own? Am I liable for anything? There is no way not to put it on there and no phone # to call.

According to the IRS, there's no liability. They added the social security number requirement, as I understand it, as a way to trace (illegal) dummy corporations. I know it seems odd to put your personal number down on the form, but the IRS has told us it's just a security measure.
