Conflict of interest - husband and wife

Hello, I am an elected Parent Board Member of an International IB school in China and I would like to know if it would be considered as a conflict of interest if my wife were President of the same school's PTSA. Thanks in advance for your kind comments.

Hi firefoxes,
You would not be the first husband and wife on a parent group board! Conflicts would only come about if there were some sort of favoritism displayed. But committed parents (married or not) have long worked together on behalf of parent groups. Best of luck for a great school year!
