Are PTO funds used to purchase Presidents ink, paper, supplies

Is a president allowed to purchase ink and paper for their printer when the printer is being used just for PTO stuff? Basically any items needed in order to complete tasks like...paper clips...pens....notebooks ets

My PTO did. You need to include it in your budget. If the paper & ink is not allowed then be sure to use the schools printer. After all, that is why we pay school taxes each year.

Sure, as long as they are reasonable expenses I don't see why a person (president or otherwise) couldn't be reimbursed.
