1023EZ

I just completed the 1023-EZ form eligibility form and it looks like PTO groups qualify to fill out the EZ vs the long form. Has anyone completed this form?

Groups with gross receipts of $50,000 or less can use that form. We posted a blog earlier in 2014 that went over changes the IRS made in how groups can file for 501c (3) status and it provide details on filing and helpful links. Here's the link to that blog.
