How long does your PTO hold a monetary request in the Budget? We had a request made in the 2013-2014 school year that we approved and then they did not use it and now they have spent the money ($3000) and sent the PTO the bill with a letter stating they already paid and would like to be reimbursed? Thoughts? -
Was it in the 2014-15 budget? Also, can you share what the purchase was?
