Q&A

Hot lunch fundraiser app

Our district has 3 schools. All 3 schools are covered in our 1 PTO. We have 6 booster organizations that offer multiple hot lunches to the school's through out the year since our district does not have hot lunch served. I am trying to find a user friendly app that all six booster organizations can use together to sell their hot lunches through out the year. We currently use the Rev-Trak system that the school district uses but the district office doesn't have the man power to pull the files manually so we really only use that system at the beginning of the year. Once we close the purchase window on Rev-Trak we have to accept paper order forms for the rest of the year to accommodate parents who can't pay for the entire year's lunches at once. This means a lot of manual entry. Do you recommend any software app that would be appropriate for hot lunch sales through out the year to multiple organizations?

Hi there Kohler,
Have to say, I haven't heard of anything like that. Let's put this question out to our Facebook community to see if we can get you some information.

Our solution (PTOffice) can actually handle that (and does for a number of schools). Feel free to email me (sales@ptoffice.com) with your contact information and we can verify that it will suit your exact needs. Our solution is free. :)

One of the best ways to manage a fundraiser is with www.pay4schoolstuff.com. We have used this program for years and strongly recommend their product. They have a free trial anyone can take a test drive before they decide!
