Executive board ballots?

When there are only five nominees for PTC, do we have to send a ballot to all members, or may we vote via ballot at a meeting? It seems silly to me to send a ballot out that says "vote for your top five candidates" when there are only five listed.

Best bet is to check your bylaws to see if there is specific language around how a vote may be taken. It may be possible to conduct your vote by a show of hands that is recorded by the secretary.
