Closing a PTO

How do you go about shutting a PTO down due to lack of volunteers? What are the legal requirements?

Hi there,
You can shut down your group by closing out the bank account and ceasing operations. Just a thought: Is it possible to take a little time to regroup and perhaps scale way back and do just a few things as a PTO this year?
