Q&A

How do we choose next years fundraiser?

We are thinking of having a fundraiser extravaganza where we invite 5-6 companies in tondo a 10 minute presentation each on their company and benefits. We'd choose the fall fundraiser based on that. Does anyone have a list of questions you pose to these companies or a letter you send out? Thanks.

We choose fundraisers based on 2 things: percent of money we make back (we will not do a fundraiser that gets us less than 40% profits), and what do people want to buy? What do they like? Do a survey of what people will buy, and then you can pick the company based on those things.

One of the best ways to manage a fundraiser is with www.pay4schoolstuff.com. We have used this program for years and strongly recommend their product. They have a free trial anyone can take a test drive before they decide!
