Fund Use Annually

do funds have to be used up by the end of each school year?

Hi kathy4,
What you want to avoid is carrying over a big balance to the following year. It makes sense to hold on to some money -- enough for start up costs for the following year -- but, it doesn't make sense to hang onto a giant "cushion." Among other things, it's not fair to the parents who donated money.
