Hi when you are a PTO, HSA, PFA, anything other than a PTA there is not a national organization that "over sees you" you are an independent group that is governed by the bylaws of the group. With that being said there is no National Officers of the PTO because there is not a National PTO. We are a privately owned company that helps all parent groups. Cheryl-PTO Today
