Can anyone give examples of not-for-profit schools that have separate not-for-profit PTOs?
I know from my research that it's a good idea for a not-for-profit school to have a separate not-for-profit PTO, but I would love to have a list of not-for-profit schools that do have separate not-for-profit PTOs to give to our school board and school director, as well as the Parent Alliance to sell the idea of making the parent group a formal 501(c)(3).
