We want to vote out a board member, our bylaws state we can remove a board member beefier the end of a term by majority vote of the executive board based on misrepresentation of the mission and purpose of the PTO. My question is, can we just have a vote and remover her or do we need to have specifics in writing to back our vote? - Rbaca

Sounds like you've looked into your bylaws and that they do say something specific about removing a member. If so, you’d just need to follow your own requirements in terms of voting.
