Resigning & ByLaws

I have been on the PTO for many years (more than I should have). The current bylaws states that each executive board member term is for one year from July 1st to June 31st. Does that mean I can't resigned?

You have the right to resign when you want to. It would be ideal, though, to discuss your duties with remaining officers and help them figure out how to allocate them.
