We just started our PTO back since COVID. We had a great turn out for the first meeting, elected officers and went over ideas. Since, however, we have only had a handful of parents show. The elected president and secretary have not shown. How does the group go about replacing those officers who have not participated? -
I am in this same predicament and am looking for an answer.
