To avoid any "lopsided" giving, try designating a certain amount as a donation to each grade. If an individual grade decides to spend more money on its field trip, it can do so. But your group's contribution should stay the same as it is for the other grades.
Help!! How do you all distribute funds evenly for field trips? Do you give each grade a certain amount? What if one grade costs $300 and another costs $4500.
