Hi! Thank you for any advice! I would love to hear success stories from other private school PTF groups that maintain a budget and fundraisers, and how they cooperate with the school board and any budgets and fundraisers they may have. There is discussion about budgets being combined and defining what is a PTF fundraiser versus a school fundraiser. We are a very small school (55 enrolled in K-6) and I would love to hear from other PTF presidents from smaller private schools that have been able to work successfully at this. Thank you! Megan
