Build your own taco salads are easy and cheap... have your parents donate grated cheese and taco toppings... and then put your meat in a crockpot it keeps it hot.
Very easy and its not too expensive for the toppings. or you can have them donated. make sure if you have tomatoes you have your parent cut those up prior to getting to school.
I usually have
Taco meat, chips I use doritos and corn chips, salad, Tomatoes, onions, salsa, sour cream or Ranch, olives, cheese and whatever else you can imagine.
Good Luck!

I was wondering if any other schools provide dinner for their teachers during conference week. We provide a nice dinner on the one night when teachers have to stay late for partent/teacher conferences. I am looking for ideas for dinner. Usually in February we have different soups since February tends to be very cold and hot soup really hits the spot. Any ideas for a main course in November? It can not take too much time to prepare. I still plan on having differnet salads and desserts available.
