1 - to second the motion
1 - to be in charge of finding the lowest price lightbulb we can get
1 - to purchase the lightbulb
1 - to reinburse for the purchase
2 - to hold the ladder (safety first!!)
1 - to remove the old bulb and screw in the new one

10 - 1 to screw it in and the other 9 are there to establish a quorum.
