3: One to chair the committee, one to ask her cousin's sister's husband to screw in the bulb, and one to take pictures for the memory book.

Four - One to ask for volunteers who can't commit and three who actually show up because it was raining and their plans changed!

How many PTOers does it take to screw in a light bulb: 12
1 to head the committee,
2 to fundraise for the event,
2 to decorate,
1 to sell tickets,
1 to sell spiritwear,
1 to screw in the light bulb
4 to complain about how it should have been done!

Green committee has to approve the lightbulb and discuss recycling of the old lightbulb. (1+)

Beautification needs to determine if we should add a lamp shade. (1+)

Budget committee to price out lightbulbs. (3+)

Principal tells the secretary to call maintenance dept. to schedule maintanence. One to hold the ladder, the other to do the work... (1+1+1+2)...

So, I guess that means, at least 10. :D

As many members as you have.....one to screw the light bulb in and the others to cheer them on and encourage them as they do it!

Just one, the PTO President. He/she holds up the lightbulb, and the world revolves around him/her.
