Hi, this is my second year as VP and I'm finding myself wanting to call it quits over two overly eager volunteers. They are in the school every morning and afternoon and the school staff tend to go to them instead of contacting the officers. Most would think this is a good thing since we are not able to be available everyday to the staff but....they take it upon their selves make the decision and then tell us. They are also very very opinionated, loud and pushy. This has caused us many problems. Give them the title of "officer", nope, they do not want it. We've talked to the vol. and staff about how the lines of communication should be. It's really frustrating! We only have a handful of volunteers and we don't want to loose them but then again who needs all the headache.
