I started a new post with the questions from our parent survey's...hope you find them useable!!

I would be happy to share...I'm going in to the school today to see if they have a copy...I'll post the info when I get it....

Crystal, I too would be interested in obtaining a copy of the survy used in your school. Was is locally developed or is it commercially available?
