Our lacrosee team just did a fundraiser with Casa De Jorge Salsa and raised around $3,600, we only had 34 kids selling. Next fall our whole middle school is going to use them. you get 50% profit and it's something different.

We just did a fundraiser with Outback where they printed up 100 meal cards good for either a 6 oz steak, salmon, or chicken plus one side. We sold them for $10 and our cost was $5. The restaurant is only a couple miles from our neighborhood and popular, so it was a pretty easy sell. We made $500 without too much effort in less than 30 days.

That Outback had catered our fundraising dinner in February and was very supportive. The only thing is we should have coordinated a bit better the branding on the card (postcard size) and whether a salad was included. Verbally our chairperson said it was, but that was not listed on the card. Some waitstaff assumed it was included, others not. So we'd clarify that point.

If Outback isn't close to you, maybe another restaurant your folks eat at? In my family we eat out a lot. If I get a cheeseburger, fries, drink meal for my teenage son at a drive thru, I'd probably spent $8. So we'd happily spend $10 for a NICE dinner, knowing the organization benefits.

Domino's Pizza cards! You buy them for $1 and sell for $10. Each card has 16 coupons for buy a pizza get a pizza free, any size. You have to start with 25 cards but can get more. The cards are valid for 1 year.

You could organize a spaghetti dinner and basket auction or a basket bingo .... Would entail some work pulling together some baskets for auction but with the bingo you can make a couple/few thousand dollars in one night (of course its a ton of work leading up to that but that's part of the deal).

Good luck!
