Be glad to help.. I'm just a little unclear about the donations and usage that you are talking about. Could you post a few more details to help me respond?
How does everyone handle their donations? Specifically, I mean monitoring them for their use. We have, a new to the PTA dad, that is aggressive in requesting donations (and he asked to chair this committee) but we don't know him very well and since he is the only one doing it we want to be sure all the items are used for the PTA - not personal use. This is new to us so we're glad to have the help just need guidance as to proper use and tracking.
