You should call your state gaming office or commission. They often have a dollar limit on amount of money raised and often don't worry about amounts below their threshold. Best to call and ask however....d

I've been wondering the same thing. Also, is a permit necessary from the State and can you sell the 50/50's during the monthly PTA meetings?
