I am taking over as president of my school's Parents' Club after a large embezzlement. We have kept this very hush hush to this point but Monday I face the staff at a meeting and then I will be holding the first PC meeting on the 19th. We have recovered half the funds so far and we are expecting the other half any day. I am at a loss as to how to address any of this. I was formerly the VP but was completely in the dark about the theft until an audit revealed what had been happening. Anyone with any experience on this?
