I think of doing this in our area also. Not even close to CA (Buffalo,NY).

Maybe you could send out letters to schools and see who would be interested or calling them directly and getting PTO officers phone and calling them.

I always thought this would be a cool idea to bounce different ideas and share flops, things that worked.
