You can have regular fruit punch but justt do something a little different in the way you serve it.
What you can do is frezze different color juice's in deep candy molds beach themed of course, and put it in the bowl so you'll have beach balls, star fish, fish, ect. floting away.
You can frezze grapes, strawberries in ice cubes so the kids get a helthy treat in the frozen ice cube.

i agree with LUVMYKIDS.. this generation really doesn't know " punch" like we did as kids.. and oh, so sweet.. How about a simple yellow lemonade, and do a frozen ring with fruit, as others suggested? YOu could even mix presweetened lemonade mix with crystal light so it wouldn't be so loaded with sugar.

Another option is cases of mini water bottles in a cooler of ice.. ( not very pretty, i know) not sure about your area.. but around here, by 4th/5th they are all athletes, dancers, etc.. and prefer water to the sweet drinks.. especially when they are running around.

I use the OnaRollPTO recipe as well using Fruit Punch, 7up & sherbert. I also take a bundt pan and pour a little water on the bottom and freeze it. Then I take some strawberries (you can use frozen ones) and place it on the ice and add more water. After you take out the ice block and turn it over, you will see a nice ring of ice with strawberries.
You can use any fruit you'd like and also add a few to float in the bowl as well.

How about just some Hawaiian Punch or other punch type fruit drink with a little 7-up added for fizz? You could freeze an orange juice ring and drop it in to keep it cold. I've done lots of kid parties and the kids at our school prefer juice or soda over elaborate punches.

- Put half of a gallon container of rainbow sherbert in the bottom of the punch bowl
- Pour in 2/3 of a 2 liter bottle of fruit punch
- Pour in 2/3 of a 2 liter bottle of lemon/lime soda
- Dollop the top with scoops of the remaining sherbert

You can also gear this towards certain flavors, ie., raspberry, use only a raspberry juice, sherbert, soda; orange; lime; grape; etc.

We are having our annual 4th-5th Grade Dance this Friday and I am desperate for an easy punch recipe. We are planning a Beach party theme, and all of my punch recipes are a little too adult for our 10-11 year olds. Help - anyone...

Thanks.
