Google has an online calendar that's awesome. You need a gmail account, but that's free. Great way to organize project & your family. You add things on your computer, then you can also print it out to have at meetings if you don't have a laptop.

Also thought that this PTO Today parent group planning calendar might come in handy.

If you already have Microsoft Word, you can use one of their templates to create a calendar that fits your needs.

To do this, open Microsoft Word and click File and then New. You can choose from the list of templates there for calendars. They even have really cute school themed ones!
