and we don't have this letter.
Here's what I suggest. Keep it really brief. Create a flyer (on a bright colored paper) that says the following:
Name of fundraiser
Deadline date (in bold)
Reason for fundraiser
Incentive details if you have any
End with something like: Every little bit counts!
I am also a big fan of adding a quote that grabs the parent's attention and gets them thinking. Something like:
"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could do only a little." ~ Edmund Burke
