Skyking, I will post my room parent introduction letter which contains a request for information. This is what I used this past year and was given out as a sample. A few years ago we used a mail merge and Excel spreadsheet to generate the letters and request for info; however, we found it more work than we needed to do. I will call the document Room Parent Intro Letter and Info Request.
Your handbook is great and will provide a good template for creating our own. However, I am curious about the "Room Parent Request for Information" sheet it references. Would you tell us what it incorporates, or post it as well? Thank you again for sharing!

We are in the second year of having room parents or co-room parents. Our first year went ok, but we are looking for examples of room parent handbooks that explain to the parents what their responsibilities are, expectations, etc.
